STRUCTURE: TAEC
TRAINING

Our Gurus/Skillogists explore the uniqueness in the learners and thereafter train them accordingly on different skills.

The pace and place of skill transfer is decided by the learner and is dynamic in nature, along with features like stepping down or stepping up the level of instructions.
EVALUATION

​Baseline and Endline term-based quizzes and tests are designed.

Formative and Subjective form of assessments help the learner.
ASSESSMENTS

Real-time, one-time and recurring assessments are designed to monitor the learners' preparation.

These assessments include dealing with Case Studies, using Catechism, Training other learners, giving Presentations with different modes of communication, Demonstrating various skills etc.
CERTIFICATION

Certification for every portable and non-portable skill shall be done to empower the learners.
