1. It is an informal school which intends to increase the quality of school-education at primary and secondary levels of school-education and commits to decrease the time duration from  12 years of formal schooling to 9 years and create learner prodigy..

  • We call our trainers as mentors who are not only multi-skilled and pass outs of top colleges of the world but they also carry a passion to teach and shape the careers of others.

 

  • Our mentors write various national and international assessments / examinations every year, along with their students and set benchmarks before their students year after year.

 

  • Generally at the front end only one pedagogue trains the learners but at the back end three equally competent trainers aid the learners in accordance with our pedagogy.


 

  1. How do learners engage at a micro level?

 

  • The learners choose a course in accordance with their streams / career inclinations / preferred destinations etc. with one or more skills addressing their needs, wants or desires.

 

  • Devote any 3 to 5 days of a week to attend the informal school through a desired mode.

 

  • The duration of these sessions will be of 60 minutes to 180 minutes one to one or 60 mins to 300 minutes one to many.

 

  • The timeline of these sessions shall be from 6 am to 11pm.

 

  • The learner can take holidays only on account of genuine reasons by intimating the Batch Mentor or the Team in the allocated WhatsApp group, at least a week in advance.

 

  • The course timeline can accommodate the lost days / hours because of the learner's absence.

 

  • Failing to intimate the absence shall result in marking the days as lost and counted.

 

  • The learner is expected to pursue the learnings as advised / suggested by the batch mentor and be proactively involved in completing the given tasks on time.

 

  • Every possible effort should be made by the learner to get their doubts cleared to eventually become self-sufficient, self-reliant etc.

 

  • Every effort shall be made by the learner's ecosystem to help the learners engage effectively with their struggles, enable facilities to reduce their struggle and empower them with solutions.
